The food
Order à la carte, off the full menu
No fixed set menus — your group eats from the full Vietnamese menu, cooked the same as any night.
Most big tables start with summer rolls, hot sweetie wings and crispy spring rolls to share, then a bowl each — 25-hour pho, bun cha, a lemongrass beef curry — with bao buns passed round the middle. Tell us the headcount and any allergies when you book and we'll help you plan a spread that feeds the table. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-aware options run right across the menu.

Resorts World can be taken over for the evening — drinks reception + seated dinner + DJ if you want it. Minimum spend applies; ask for current rates.
Bullring

Midweek lunch slot, dedicated server, à la carte off the full menu, paced for a 75-minute return-to-office turnaround.
The boring but important bit
How it works
- Card hold Groups of 6+ confirm with a card authorisation — a hold on the card, never a charge, just to protect the table against no-shows.
- No charge Turn up, or let us know you can't make it — even on the day — and nothing is taken from your card.
- Final headcount Confirm numbers 3 working days before the date — that's when the kitchen orders.
- Dietaries Tell us any allergies or dietary needs with your final headcount. We'll come back with the safe swaps.
- Service Discretionary 10% added to groups of 16+. Strip it off if you'd rather.

Booking caps at 16 people online. For anything bigger — or if you can't find the table you want — start an enquiry and someone from the restaurant comes straight back to you. We'll do everything we can to fit you in.
